FRIDAY THE 13TH - INNOCULATION DAY
We open mid day with The Certified Health Nut, Troy Casey, guiding us through the gateways to the now with his masterful facilition of icebath therapy. The inogural plung and activation of the Qi is the pefect jump starting the purification process! This grand opening is directly followed with the 1st of 3 Kambo ceremonies.
SATURDAY - FULL RESET
We jump right in to the activation with a short hike up the famous Cathedral Rock. Along the way we will stop for our introductory daily practice of breath-work, meditation and Qigong. Once returned to the property to shower and refresh, we will begin the reset with an orientation leading directly into the first of three Kambo ceremonies.
SUNDAY - INTEGRATION @ CRYO
Each day we begin with advancing our personal practice of celery juice, breath-work, and Qi Gong in preparation for the second Kambo ceremony, starting at 10am. You will then have the afternoon to yourself and take full advantage of our premium integration services. Until we join together again in the evening for dinner and a Master Classes offered by Shannon Rae.
MONDAY - TOAD
Setting intention, meditation, breath-work, and now adding the Wym Hoff method for maximizing the daily practice and getting the most benefits in preparation for your third and final Kambo ceremony! The schedule repeats with the integration services and aftercare protocols during the afternoon. Followed by dinner and the opportunity to participate in the local full moon drum circle on Cathedral Rock.
TUEADAY - TOAD
We start the day with our advanced daily practice followed by brunch and orientation. Now having completed the Kambo Reset you are ready for your full activation and breakthrough breath-work pranayama ceremony mid day. With the rest of the day for integration and aftercare, we finish out the retreat with a Cacoa Ceremony and Closing Prayers.
Day 5: Check-out. Departures.
No longer the same people we were when we arrived here, we can now take all this magic, medicine, and life changing wisdom with us and do the real work of integrating it all into our daily lives. We enjoy one last morning of self care and nourishment together as we make our goodbyes and begin the travels home.
